Dylan ran one of the most helpful workshops I’ve ever done. I came in with a bunch of messy thoughts about where to take things. He helped me slow down, zoom out, and actually see what matters. No complex buzzwords, just clear thinking, sharp questions, and honest feedback. He’s one of those rare people who gets both product and business. And he’s not afraid to tell you what you need to hear. I left with way more clarity than I expected, and an actual plan I’m excited to run with regarding the tech I want to build. I highly recommend chatting with him if you’re building a service based business, and want to add tech to it.
