Due to the complexity of their orders, they were often submitted inaccurately resulting in additional manual work to investigate and collect the missing information. This created additional friction in the customer experience, costly back-and-forth communication, and delays in getting started.
Data security and privacy requirements made it paramount that F&W’s order form safely captured vital information. By leveraging the latest version of reCAPTCHA, the new solution includes robust safeguards against bot submissions to maintain integrity and security. This ensures F&W provides a safe and reliable service for their clients.
DataCose developed a custom order form for their team and clients to submit orders directly into an order management system. The order form reduces errors and expensive back-and-forth by requiring all necessary information upfront. The fields validate that the information provided is accurate. There's reCAPTCHA to prevent bots from submitting. Finally the order form is securely integrated with Insightly, so all orders automatically appear inside of their project management tool, with all information stored in the correct fields, fully ready to be assigned to the best team member for fulfillment.
Franklin & White has seen a substantial decrease in errors and time-consuming back-and-forth communication thanks to the implementation of a custom order form.
