Order Form and Order Management System

DataCose developed a custom order form for their team and clients to submit orders directly into an order management system. The order form reduces errors and expensive back-and-forth by requiring all necessary information upfront. The fields validate that the information provided is accurate. There's reCAPTCHA to prevent bots from submitting. Finally the order form is securely integrated with Insightly, so all orders automatically appear inside of their project management tool, with all information stored in the correct fields, fully ready to be assigned to the best team member for fulfillment.
