• Gather business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements from the clients
• Perform quality assurance
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
• Communicate key insights and findings to project team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
• Analyze and document clear, accurate and actionable requirements
• Manage project backlog and collaborate with the development team on its implementation
• Provide guidance and support to junior Business Analysts by sharing knowledge, best practices, and methodologies.

• A degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Administration or Economics / Certification in ECBA/CCBA or any BA Courses
• Proficiency in a project management software
• Versatility to navigate and analyze diverse business domains
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in gathering requirements
• Expertise in creating detailed documentation (business requirements, software specifications, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria)
• Strong collaboration and analytical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and project requirements.
• Previous 1-2 years experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Ability to understand and contribute to the design and development of web applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Familiarity with core automation concepts
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Experience  or capability to work in an Agile team, with knowledge of Agile principles and practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Experience in an IT technology B2B startup, UI/UX Experience and Scrum experience (Nice to have)
