How does DataCose Automation/Integration pricing work?

After our experts understand your specific requirements, you will receive a project proposal with a flat rate. In the end, we will deliver flexible code that can run anywhere; however, we often host automations for our clients as well. We have a powerful custom dashboard that gives you complete control over the code running in your own cloud environment. This optional service is $20 per month plus $0.05 per minute of runtime (our custom code is fast and automations typically run in under 3 seconds).

What if I need to update or change my Automation/Integration?

DataCose understands that business needs are constantly evolving. We view each of our clients as partners and do our best to quickly plan and update anything you need with your existing solutions. We design each automation with future extensions in mind!

What happens if my Automation/Integration breaks?

If there is any issue with our code, we will correct it and deliver the updated version as soon as possible. Keeping your Automations and Integrations running is our highest priority. As a bonus, if you decide to trust DataCose to host your Automations and Integrations, we will be alerted the moment anything fails and will begin working to fix it before you have time to call or send an email.

Will I have access to my Automation/Integration's code?

Yes! In addition to our expertise, you're paying for the code we write and we're happy to share it via GitHub or a zip file. In addition, if you decide to host your solution with us, our dashboard has a button you can use anytime to immediately download your most up-to-date version of all your code crafted by our engineers.

If I host my solution with DataCose, can I later decide to host it elsewhere?

Yes! We share all of the custom code with our customers. The way we see it, you paid for it so you should be able to use it however you like. Our code is written in Python and can be ran locally or hosted anywhere.
